
Ciara McInerney Karlsen

Director
Ciara studied at Waterford Institute of Technology and later at the London Metropolitan University.
She is a member of the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland where she is accredited as Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP).
Prior to co-founding Stonetown Architects, Ciara worked for WG+P Architects in London where she gained extensive experience across the residential, housing and leisure sectors. In her role as Project Architect with WG+P she delivered a number of highly bespoke residential projects.
Ciara has a keen interest in the design of housing and more specifically in the idea of 'home'.

Damien Kennedy

Director
Damien studied at Waterford Institute of Technology and later at the London Metropolitan University.
He is a member of the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland where he also is accredited in Conservation at Grade III.
Prior to co-founding Stonetown Architects, Damien worked for PDP London (Paul Davis + Partners), where he worked closely with a major London landowner, focusing on the refurbishment of listed buildings in addition to high-end residential and commercial projects.
Prior to this, he worked for practices in Ireland gaining experience in the healthcare, commercial and residential sectors.
