Status: Under Construction​

The house is laid out in two simple, staggered, linear blocks set roughly on an east-west axis and is separated by a link element which also forms a protected entrance to the house.

​

A single-storey ‘Sleeping Block’ sits to the front of the site and acts a visible screen to the public roadway protecting the more open living block to the rear.

The entrance link lies on a north-south axis and provides protection to the occupants from the Atlantic wind.

The open-plan ‘Living Block’ located to the rear of the site faces south-west in order to harness good quality sunlight throughout the day as well as capturing scenic views of the Atlantic Ocean from the kitchen/living/dining & master bedroom areas.
