Home Design Consultation (Online)

Service Description

A one hour online consultation will provide expert design advice for your project. (Please note that price shown is inclusive of VAT @ 23%). Whether you're looking to build a brand new home, about to purchase a property in need of an extension / refurbishment or just want to make your existing layout work a little bit harder, we can provide you with the advice needed to unlock its potential. The Online Design Consultation will cover the following topics: - Discussing your brief & budget. - Analyzing your existing floor plans or site location map. - Unlocking the potential of your home or site. - Discussing potential design solutions. - Discussing the statutory requirements (Planning Permission / Building Regulations etc). - Working with an Architect. After the consultation has concluded and taking everything on board, we then will spend typically a further two hours developing a rough sketch design. This will be emailed to you along with a Consultation Summary Sheet, typically with 24 hours of your consultation.
